A Reliability Block Diagram (RBD) is constructed for the asset, mainly utilizing plant data from the asset strategy to determine expected performance. Over time, EAM data is harnessed to identify performance gaps, facilitating improvements through the defect elimination process. This iterative approach continually enhances asset reliability and efficiency, aligning performance with evolving operational requirements.

AssetCoreXL is a reliability, Availability, Availability and Maintainability (RAM) driven analytics tool that is used to develop an asset strategy based on the principles of Reliability Centred Maintenance (RCM). Plant performance is then modelled using a Reliability Block Diagram (RBD) whilst exploiting the data from the EAM to create a digital Twin of the Asset representing actual asset performance. Issues that are identified are logged in the Defect Elimination Module to prioritize techniques.


TP.AIM is an Inspection management system that is specifically designed for flange, valve, and piping component management activities not typically stored n a standard EAM system (LDAR) methodologies to quantify environmental emissions. These are displayed in an interactive graphical interface through the importation and digitization of the plant the Piping and Instrumented Drawings (P&IDs). A key feature is the interfacing ability to IBM Maximo and SAP to transfer data from all software sources.
